Reseller Program

To provide new value and easier access, HKIX will partner with Resellers to offer a one-stop-shop service through Reseller Program. This initiative will give participants, especially those overseas, more bandwidth options via remote peering or direct connections to the reseller's site at a lower cost. Participants will also benefit from the swift provision of end-to-end services by Resellers. This creates a win-win-win situation, generating new business opportunities for Resellers, participants, and HKIX.

Our Authorised Resellers

Reseller Services

Resellers can only provide dedicated ports to their relevant POPs in Data Centre
For connections to Satellite Sites, special connection charges will be charged by relevant Satellite Site in addition to the HKIX port charges
For connections to Reseller Sites, HKIX participants only need to order a standard cross connect from the Data Centre to the HKIX switch at reseller site, no special connection charges will be charged by the Data Centre

Network Topology

This Reseller Program will be of a non-exclusive arrangement. Reseller MUST have a Satellite or Reseller Site or dedicated connections to the HKIX. There are two modes of topology (Shared Ports and Dedicated Ports) for the Reseller’s network set up. All IXPs, Data Centres, local and regional ISPs can be our Resellers.
